IEEMA – Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association, in its endeavour to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), has instituted the “IEEMA SME QUALITY AWARD – ISQA” with objective to recognize quality initiatives of the SMEs and further to encourage them towards business excellence.
 
The ISQA 2008 Award cycle culminated into a grand success due to tremendous response from SMEs. 12 small companies and 3 medium companies were honoured for winning various levels of recognition.
 
For us in IEEMA, Quality – even quality of the Award Process is a continual effort and we strongly believe in continuing any good initiative by follow up and subsequent improvement. At the same time, active participation of all concerned like you is of utmost importance.
 
We are now pleased to announce IEEMA SME QUALITY AWARD (ISQA) 2009 and invite your participation for this competition.  The ISQA 2009 brochure, ‘Intent of Participation form’ and ‘Guidelines to Applicants’ are enclosed herewith.
 
We will also be planning a few training programmes for the prospective participants which will help them to understand the model in depth and provide guidance for writing the “Application Document”. The programme details will be circulated to you once we receive your “Intent of Particiaption”.
